Is This A Grievance?

Many union members have trouble understanding the nuances of when a grievance can and should be filed. This infographic is meant to be shared with union members so they know how to proceed with their issue. 

If the union member does believe that they have a grievance, they can click the link and be taken to a Google form to complete information about the issue that they're having. There's also a seperate form to send a message to leadership for membership verification. 

This project helps in two ways: by educating union members on when grievances are appropriate, and by initiating the process if a grievance is indicated. Members feel empowered by information and they feel heard once their issue has been submitted.
